Yummy Homemade Hummus
Homemade Hummus Ingredients:
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Garnish with Paprika.
- 2 cups of cooked chick peas
- 1/2 cup of Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
- 1 - 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup of fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup of spring water or chick pea juice
- 1 1/2 tsp of Sel de Mer
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Garnish with Paprika.
