Tofu Stuffed Shells

Stuffed Shells Ingredients:
  • Cook whole grain rice pasta shells al dente. 
  • Make tofu stuffing by blending 2 blocks of firm tofu 
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil 
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup or more spring water 
  • 2 teaspoons celtic salt
  • 1 -  2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
Stuff pasta shells with tofu mixture and place them in a baking dish and cover them with a wholesome tomato sauce. Cook at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
