Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad
Tabbouleh Salad Ingredient:
Add the ingredients to quinoa when it has cooled
- 2 cups of spring water. Bring water to a boil. Add 1 cup quinoa. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature; fluff with a fork.
- In a separate bowl1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4C fresh lemon juice
- 3 tomatoes diced
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley chopped
- Salt to taste with sel de mer or celtic salt
Add the ingredients to quinoa when it has cooled
