Stuffed Peppers
Combine Ingredients:
- 5 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 zucchini finally chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 2 chopped Romano tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups carrots finally chopped
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 fresh squeezed lemon
- Herbamare to taste
