Organic Spelt Chapati
Combine in a mixing bowl:
- 3 cups spelt flower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup spring water
- Sel de Mer to taste
After mixing all the ingredients together, roll the dough into three inch round balls.
Flatten and roll the balls into thin round sheets.
Place the sheets on your pan, on medium heat, until the dough bubbles and browns.
