Raspberry Carob Date Truffles
Ingredients for raspberry carob:
- 3 cups of vegan carob chips
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen pureed raspberries.
In a separate bowl mix:
- 15 large dates
- 1 cup of coconut
- 1 cup of pecans
Mix all the ingredients together.
Make the mixture into small round balls and dip them into the melted raspberry mix. Let the truffles cool and serve.
