Cashew Cheese Sauce Ingredient:
Puree cashews with water and add the other ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are blended. Cook on medium heat in a saucepan, stirring, until thick and creamy.
*Cashew Cheese Lasagna
- 1 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 3 cups water
- 1 squeezed lemon
- 3/4 cup of fresh cooked and peeled peppers or pimientos
- 2 teaspoons celtic salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 - 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
