Delicious Homemade Almond Milk
Combine in a high speed blender:
- 1 & 1/2 cups raw soaked almonds
- 2 - 4 Medjool dates to taste
- 3 1/2 cups spring water
- 1/2 soaked vanilla bean
- Use a nut milk bag, cheese cloth or strainer to drain the milk from the pulp.
- Use a spoon to push the liquid through the strainer or squeeze with your hands if you're using a bag.
