Delicious Homemade Almond Milk

Combine in a high speed blender:

• 1 & 1/2 cups raw soaked almonds
• 2 - 4 Medjool dates to taste
• 3 1/2 cups spring water
• 1/2 soaked vanilla bean 

• Use a nut milk bag, cheese cloth or strainer to drain the milk from the pulp. 
  

• Use a spoon to push the liquid through the strainer or squeeze with your hands if you're using a bag.
