Baked Sweet Potato Fries

• Place 4 or 5 hand cut sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. 
• Dash the fresh cuts of potato with olive oil & Sel de Mer to taste. 

Bake potatoes cuts in the oven on broil for 15 minutes.
